Shantáe Shalise Esannason , born January 2, 1980 in New Jersey, USA grew up in the City of Plainfield.  Always writing songs and making them up to perform in front of family were some of the typical pass-times she loved besides ballet and dance . Through adolescent years, she began to network with Major Artists and neighborhood events to better her knowledge of the entertainment industry.

Eventually she would relocate to Trenton, NJ where she became a mother of two and continued to use other skills in office administration, cosmetology , modeling and network promotions. While in the capital , she was a Columnist and Commercial Model for CREAM Magazine.

Her poem, Love And War, was what got her the nomination for Poet of the Year ,by the International Poet Society. Also she has an archived oral history project ,she and her daughters participated in, by way of StoryCorps in the US Library of Congress and also  featured in Smithsonian African American Museum as the first on record.

This wonder-bar had spent much of her life trying to record her own album, which she decided at a young age that she wanted to be the "boss" of her own music. In 1998 she decided to get back on her agenda and by 2005 had fully begun her company OEW,Inc (Outclass Entertainment, Whateva' Inc.) which is the parent to her indie label Piekit Records (Promotion Is Entertainment-Keep In Touch Records). That selfsame year she recorded her first solo album, Who's That Lady? which was re-released in 2007 with a few mixes of some of her favorite tracks from the album entitled , Who's That Lady?- Bonus Edition.

Making music was not the only passion, writing literature led her to publishing a handful of books via online platforms like Kindle, Amazon and even Barnes & Noble. Endless creativity and countless projects, and one day radio was included into the design of the path taken.

She had one talk radio show , Let's Talk With Shantáe and then an all music station on another network called, All Musick. Both shows allowed more connection to fans and supporters, which in turn options progressed into even more viable opportunities for her to explore.

In 2010 she had online distribution with Island Def Jam and after releasing an album called, "Izm" she hosted a mixtape series with DJ Young Cee who is well-known DJ/Producer from the G-Unit camp of 50 Cent.

Shantáe also had a line of Keds brand and Pro Keds that she designed , 7 unique feature designs. Her love of fashion stands out and allows many people to express a different level of urban style and comfort.

Years of dedication and performing private shows for family and close friends helps her expand her platform as an indie. By 2014 , after many attempts in prior years, Shantáe Sexy who is alternately called IZM or MS Blasé, in the industry had become a Member of NAPW (National Association of Professional Women now know as International Association of Women).
